Responsible Gambling

Responsible Gambling at Goldrush Dome, Johannesburg

At Goldrush Dome, we believe gambling should be a source of entertainment, not hardship. While many people enjoy gambling responsibly, we acknowledge that it can lead to serious challenges for a small percentage of individuals. That’s why we are fully committed to encouraging responsible play and providing the tools and support needed to prevent problem gambling before it starts.

Our Responsibility

Licensed and regulated by the Gauteng Gambling Board, Goldrush Dome upholds the highest standards of player protection and accountability. We actively work to protect minors and vulnerable individuals, fostering a culture where responsible gambling is at the heart of everything we do.

Goldrush Dome also proudly supports the efforts of the National Responsible Gambling Programme (NRGP), ensuring that free, confidential help is always available to anyone affected by gambling addiction related issues.

Self-Exclusion Options

If you feel you need a break from gambling, our Self-Exclusion Programme provides an effective way to take control. You can choose from:

  • National Exclusion: Block access to all Goldrush locations across South Africa.

In Gauteng and the Eastern Cape, you can also apply for broader exclusion from all licensed gambling venues through your Provincial Gambling Board.
